Lowe’s-RONA 2016 to 2018 – Change management for the deployment of a new POS system in 116 stores in Quebec and the Maritimes. Program recovery and training of 8,600 employees using the "Just Enough, Just in Time" approach. Development of a training program, based on the same approach, to support the nationwide deployment of Salesforce. Review of business processes related to the centralization of merchandising in Canada.
City of Montreal 2017 – Implementation of customizable performance indicators by borough to validate the relevance of a new online training program deployed across all city sectors.
Desjardins 2015 – Recovery of the training and change management program to support the deployment of a new project and portfolio management system, impacting over 17,000 employees, modifying 35 business processes, and affecting 10 divisions.
Intact Insurance 2014 to 2015 – Development of a "Just Enough, Just in Time" training program to support the deployment of a new claims management system, impacting 2,600 employees.
Saint-Hubert Group 2014 – Relaunch of the Saint-Hubert University, the company’s internal training center.
ALDO Group 2012 to 2014 – Development of an initial draft of a training approach better suited to the current business context, to support the technological deployment of the Multi-Channel program, impacting 1,200 employees at all levels.
Bombardier Aerospace 2010 to 2012 – Recovery of training programs for the CSeries manufacturing program, including five deployment projects of SAP modules and related systems, to ensure the production of the new aircraft.
RONA 2008 to 2010 – Definition of the company’s change management methodology, adapting IBM’s standards, templates, and accelerators to the business context, to support a major technology upgrade program. The program impacted over 2,000 employees across 3 sites and involved the review of approximately 30 business processes.
Xstrata Canada 2007 to 2008 – Definition and execution of training, change management, and communication strategies to support the deployment of a mining ERP, impacting 3,000 employees of all levels across 5 sites.
